Publication date of periodic reports in 2022.

The Management Board of Remak-Energomontaż S.A., pursuant to § 80 para. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29th March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (hereinafter the "Regulation"), announces the dates of submission of periodic reports in the financial year 2022: 

I. QUARTERLY REPORTS 

  • Report for the fourth quarter of 2021 - in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation - there is no obligation to submit the report for the fourth quarter; 
  • Report for the first quarter of 2022 – 29th April 2022; 
  • Report for the second quarter of 2022 - in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation - there is no obligation to submit the report for the second quarter; 
  • Report for the third quarter of 2022 – 31th October 2022;

II. SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT for the first half of 2022 – 19 August 2022; 

III. ANNUAL REPORT for 2021 – 3 March 2022.
